  • For the dough:

RECIPE PREPARATION Cheese and cherry pie:

Dough: Melt the butter and heat the milk until it is a little warm. Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, vanilla bean sugar and 2 tablespoons sugar. Rub the yeast with 1 tablespoon of sugar until it dissolves. We put the yeast over the flour, we start to knead. Add the egg, chew, then the milk gradually, and finally the melted butter. Knead well until you get a homogeneous dough, elastic and slightly sticky. Cover it with a clean towel, leave it to rise for 30-35 minutes. Filling: After the dough has risen, we make the filling. Mix the cheese with the mascarpone, add the eggs, sugar and mix for about 1 minute. At the end we give it vanilla flavor. Sprinkle the flour on the work table, turn the dough over and cut it in half. We spread a sheet from the first piece, according to the thickness, we place it in a tart tray that we cover with baking paper before, we prick it with a fork. Pour the filling, level, put the cherries. We spread the second sheet, place it on top, press the edges inwards, prick it with a fork. Put the pie in the hot oven, at a suitable temperature, until it catches a golden crust on top. When it is ready, take it out of the oven, let it cool and powder it with sugar. Portion and serve!

Strudel recipe with cheese in pie sheets

8 sheets of pie
425 grams of cream cheese
2 tablespoons semolina
2 eggs
2 tablespoons raisins
3 tablespoons sugar

  11. Beat the third egg well and add a tablespoon of milk
  12. Grease the two pieces of strudel very well with the beaten egg
  13. Carefully cut the strudels into smaller pieces, but without going all the way. If you use a small tray you can split the sheets in half and then fill and cut them.
  14. Put the tray in the hot oven for about 30 minutes, until we see that the sheets are browned.
  15. Remove from the pan and cut the strudel in the & # 8220significant & # 8221 places before putting it in the oven
  16. Serve hot, either simply powdered with a little powdered sugar, or accompanied by a sauce or a cherry jam

300 ml water
3 tablespoons grated starch

Preparation Cake with cheese, rice and cherries

  1. The rice, milk and cinnamon are boiled over medium heat, stirring often so that they do not stick to the bottom. Boil until most of the milk is absorbed and the rice is boiled. It lasted about 15 minutes, this was the cooking time indicated on the rice packaging.
  2. Take the rice off the heat and add half the amount of sugar. Leave to cool.
  3. Rub the cheese with the remaining sugar and eggs.
  4. Mix the cheese composition with the rice one.
  5. We put baking paper in a round tray with detachable walls with a diameter of 26 cm. Grease the edges with melted butter.
  6. Pour the cheese and rice mixture into the pan and level well. Shake the tray a little so that the composition fits better in the tray.
  7. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
  8. During this time we prepare the cherries. Put the cherries (I used frozen this time) to boil with water, sugar and starch. Boil for about 10 minutes, until the composition thickens slightly, it will become viscous.
  9. Remove the cake pan from the oven, pour the cherry composition on top and put it back in the oven for another 40 minutes.
  10. Let cool in the pan, then remove the wall, cut into slices and serve.

Cheese and Cherry Pie

First we prepare the fillings as follows: the cheese is mixed with 3 lg of semolina, 4 eggs, sugar to taste, vanilla sugar and salt, and the pitted cherries are also mixed separately with breadcrumbs, sugar and vanilla sugar.

After we have prepared the fillings, we proceed to the assembly of the pie as follows: on a sheet greased with a little oil, place the cheese and a roll is formed, the same way we do with the cherries. The two rolls formed of cherries and cheese are wrapped together in another sheet of pie resulting in a larger roll. After I did the same with each one, I put the tray in the oven for 15 min. Then take it out and pour over the next mixture of 3 lbs of sour cream, 2 lbs of sugar, and an egg. Bake on the right heat and serve with powdered sugar on top.
