For this vegan dessert you need the following ingredients:

  • 5 well ripened bananas
  • 100 grams of brown sugar (or other sweetener - be careful about the amount, do not use too much)
  • 100 milliliters of sunflower oil
  • 50 grams of cocoa
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 grams of coconut flakes OR almonds (depending on preferences - coconut flakes have a texture that not everyone likes)
  • 30 grams of almond flakes
  • A pinch of salt

How to prepare fasting blackberry with bananas and coconut

First of all, chop the bananas with a fork. Add sugar, salt, cocoa and vanilla sugar, mix well to blend, then pour the oil. Mix well with a whisk, then add the coconut flakes (or almond flour). Finally, incorporate the almond flakes.

Pour the resulting mixture into a 30 × 20 cm tray lined with baking paper. Put in the preheated oven and bake the blackberry for 50 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.

Method of preparation

Put the baking powder, cocoa powder and ground walnuts on top of the flour and mix. Add the sugar over the lukewarm plain water and mix until completely dissolved. Add the oil and vinegar and mix well.

Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ones and mix until completely combined. Add the jam and continue to mix until smooth. We prepare a tray with dimensions of 35 & # 21520 cm in which we arrange baking paper, and in which we then pour the composition for blackberry.

Level lightly on top and place the tray in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes. When the cake passes the toothpick test, take it out of the oven and let it cool completely in the form. A little more and we will fast the black cake with jam and walnuts will be ready.

If you also want icing: melt the chocolate and put honey on it, 3 tablespoons of hot water and a teaspoon of oil, then mix.

  • 150 ml of coconut oil (you can also use sunflower oil)

  • vanilla essence

The preparation of this cake is as simple as possible, because it is ready in a few minutes. To start, mix the coconut oil, vegetable milk and brown sugar.
