In a bowl I mixed the minced meat with egg, chopped green parsley, garlic on a small grater, salt and pepper to taste. With wet hands I divided the composition into 14 approximately equal balls. In the middle of each meatball I put diced cheese.



  • Cheese can be replaced with mozzarella

Separately I prepared the tomato sauce by mixing the tomato juice with mustard, onion, pepper and chopped garlic. I added salt and pepper to taste.

I prepared the bowl of the Multicooker Crock pot Express. I placed the meatballs, sprinkled with oil and poured the tomato sauce on top. I sprinkled a little dried thyme.

I put the lid on and set the appliance, MEAT program, HIGH temperature, cooking time 35 minutes. After finishing the program, release the steam valve, then open the lid carefully.

The meatballs go very well served with pasta, but my family voted unanimously for mashed potatoes.
