Method of preparation

- 5 pork chops, 5 slices of Black Forest ham
- 5 slices of cheese, 1 egg
- 50 gr breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon wheat flour
- 1/3 teaspoon salt and pepper
- Oil (for frying)
Method of preparation:
We place a kitchen towel on the worktop. On top we put a wooden chopper. We put the chops on the chopper, cover them with a bag and beat them with a hammer for snails.
