1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Wash and peel the potatoes thoroughly. Cut the potatoes into 1.5-2 cm thick slices.

3. Place the potatoes on the greased baking sheet and lightly season each side with salt, black pepper, paprika and place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

4. Turn the potatoes on the other side and put them in the oven for an additional 15 minutes.

5. Remove the pan from the oven and place a knife tip of mozzarella, kaiser and green onion on top of each potato on top of each round.

6.Replace the tray in the oven and leave until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Serve with green onions and cream, if desired. Beautiful party !!!!
