We prepare a suitable dough from eggs, flour and water.

Divide the dough into three equal parts, shape them into balls and put two on one side. Spread the remaining one round until you get a thin sheet. Fill half with jam, then fold the unfilled part over the filled one.

In a pot we put boiling water, when it boils we add the dumplings and boil them. When they are ready, we squeeze them, then let them drain well.

Meanwhile, fry the oil and breadcrumbs in a saucepan.

At the end we pour the fried breadcrumbs mixed with sugar, over the dumplings.

Fresh croissants with jam

Sift flour and breadcrumbs. The eggs are washed, disinfected and rinsed with cold water. The egg powder is dissolved in about 330 ml of lukewarm water.

Dough preparation

Mix the yeast with 100 g of lukewarm cream (30-40 ° C), 100 g of flour and about 100 ml of lukewarm water (30-40 ° C). The mayonnaise is obtained, sprinkled with a little flour and left to ferment (leavened) for about 15 minutes. Separately, mix the eggs with the salt, sugar, cream, butter and mayonnaise. Knead with 1,900 kg of flour until a dough of suitable consistency is obtained, which is left to rest for about 30 minutes.

The dough obtained is divided into 25 equal pieces, shaped round and left to cool at + 4 ° C for about 30 minutes. After the rest time, each piece of dough is spread with the shit on the plate sprinkled with flour, in a round sheet with a thickness of about 2-3 millimeters and a diameter of about 20 cm. Cut into four, get 4 equal triangles. At the base of each triangle is placed about 20 g of filling, rolled to the top, placed in the pan, shaped into a horn, placed in the oven and baked at a moderate temperature (180-220 ° C).

After baking and cooling, powder with vanilla flour.

While still hot, pass the powdered sugar and place on a plate.

Fasting dumplings with jam. The recipe is simple and does not require too much talent & icircn cuisine.

Remove from the heat and place on plates. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top or put 2-3 teaspoons of apricot jam, according to preference. Or we can add over the ones with cinnamon jam and stop adding sugar.
