Hello everyone, today I post a quick recipe that I prepared with the first pomegranates of the season, it is endive boats stuffed with cheese, almonds and pomegranate grains, a very cute autumn appetizer. If you are looking for some tasty appetizers to serve during the holidays, this is the one for you, it's easy to make, good and very scenic;) Today here with me it's cool but at least it's a nice day, there is a beautiful light and we are having fun preparing cookies and taking pictures, the work is a lot but the satisfactions of doing something well done are even more so, so I leave you and I get back on, we will read you later :)

Wash and clean the endive by removing the tough outer leaves and cutting off part of the stem
Remove the leaves from the endive and dry them
Cut the philadelphia into small pieces, prepare the sliced almonds, and obtain the grains from the pomegranates
Stuff the leaves obtained with mold, almonds and pomegranate
Place them on a serving dish, season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of oil and serve
