Chicken nuggets in batter are one of my favorite recipes ... This is Mom's recipe for making chicken nuggets; the batter has a different flavor than the simple breading and every time mom prepares them is a success, they struggle to get to the table because already during the frying we all go to pinch :) These chicken nuggets prepared in this way, have nothing to do with those bought .. seeing is believing: P
Method
How to make battered chicken nuggets
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
Prepare the batter by mixing eggs, flour, milk, salt, pepper and a grated lemon.
Dip the chicken pieces into the batter.
Pass them in the breadcrumbs.
Fry the chicken pieces in a non-stick pan.
Drain and serve the hot chicken nuggets.
