Egg-free chocolate salami recipe of 19-05-2014 [Updated on 26-04-2018]
Chocolate salami is one of the most popular sweets by children, it is a quick dessert to prepare, easy and that does not require the use of the oven, perfect to be prepared on a thousand and more occasions and is always super welcome. Already some time ago I proposed a recipe for chocolate salami with Nutella which involved the use of an egg cooked in chocolate cream, this recipe is completely egg-free with the mixture enriched with almond flour, almonds and hazelnuts. Unfortunately, given the current times, I no longer feel like preparing desserts with the use of raw eggs and therefore to let Elisa taste one of my favorite desserts from when I was a child, I looked for another variant of chocolate salami and I must say that it beats the classic to the overwhelming, it is of extreme pleasure, ask the guys in my office who brushed it off in 5 minutes;) If you have dry biscuits to consume, or you want to prepare a delicious and safe dessert for your children , I invite you to prepare this egg-free chocolate salami, I assure you that you will never abandon this recipe again! Have a good start of the week and may a good mood accompany us every day!
