- 3 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 300 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 4 large apples
- the juice of a lemon

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Apple cake:
Mix eggs with sugar. Add melted butter (cold), sifted flour, lemon juice and baking powder.
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.
Grease a round pan with butter and sprinkle flour in the rain. Add the composition and put sliced apples on top. Sprinkle sugar on top.
Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 -45 minutes. It depends on the oven.
