Method of preparation
1. Put the couscous in a bowl and pour 400 ml of boiling water over it. Then, in the same bowl, mix the raisins, 1 teaspoon of Harissa (or hot pepper paste), a cube of butter, salt and pepper to taste. Cover the bowl with a lid for 5-6 minutes, then stir. Optionally, we can add freshly chopped basil and crushed almonds.
